BALANCE OF COMPETENCIES - ANALYSIS OF THE EMPLOYEE'S POTENTIAL AOEP

In case of efficiently managed organization all decisions regarding the employees are based on their previous work performance as well as individual potential and skills.

The Analysis of the Employee's Potential (AOEP) is a method allowing to verify the employees' potential by means of:

  • Employee's self-evaluation made on the basis of self-assessment survey
  • Professional profile tests
  • Evaluation of attitudes and behaviour on the basis of observations at a workplace and/or during individual and team sessions
  • In-depth interview conducted by a consultant

In-depth analysis of the employee's potential IAOEP is an extended form of the AOEP, which adds an extra element to the survey allowing to evaluate competencies by superiors, subordinates and co-workers.
